Busy :)

Hiya,
I hope you're all fine. Me, I'm doing good and I'm actually quite busy as well.
Yesterday for example I had 2 shootings and it took us basically the whole day. 
It's really good that I can work on my book intensely here in Paris.
Also I'm doing some castings but mostly it's work on my book at the moment.

Today, all of a sudden, my booker talked to me at the agency that we have to change my style again. In London it was all a little bit softer than usually but here in Paris I'm supposed to look stronger again. So today I went to the hairdresser to get a slightly darker haircolour again which I really really appreciate! I like this look and I'm happy to be the edgy high-fashion girl again haha. So now I have to change my daily outfits a little and one person who can really help in doing so is my one and only mum who is coming to visit me at the weekend. :-)
I am so happy because she can finally visit me and in the same time bring me some of my clothes from home haha. You know that it's never easy to have luggage limits when travelling as a model!!
 
Yeah so that's my news so far and I'm really sorry that I can't show you any pictures yet but there wasn't even time at the shootings to instagram so I hope you're not mad at me and I promise I'll upload some as soon as I have them!

Back in Paris

Bonjour everyone :)
I arrived safely in Paris and I'm sooo happy to be back.
On Thursday I went to the agency first to say hello and pick up my book and everything. Then I already had 2 castings and after I met my friend Valentina.

We went to the christmas market at Champs Elysées which was beautiful with all the lights. 
Unfortunately Valentina already left yesterday but at least we spent some time together.

Yesterday I had another casting and a test shoot which was quite cool cos we had a stylist and a make up artist what you usually don't need for a test but this way it allowed us to try many different looks. :)

I'm really enjoying Paris already and am looking forward to the work coming up.

PARIS j'arrive :)

Good evening (rather night actually),

soo yes you read the title correctly again! I was a bit surprised too because every time I'm supposed to travel and go somewhere else, I just get to know like the evening before haha.
So I'm going to Paris tomorrow yay! :)

I really really really enjoyed my time in London. It was just half a month but I'm sure I'll come back soon! Actually I'm really curious to see all the photos from all the test shoots and jobs I did here since I haven't seen ANY of them yet. :(

However, I have finally packed nearly everything now and THANK GOD I'm going by eurostar (train) without any luggage limit!!!

So have a good time guys, I'll keep you posted! :)

All about Christmas

Hiya :)
This post is really about what it says in the title: CHRISTMAS
I know that it is just November, but EVERYTHING in this entire city is already decorated and you get much more into the hype here in London than back home.

To be honest I even did some Christmas shopping already because I looove getting presents for my beloved ones! I have no clue though how to get everything packed into my suitcase when I fly to Paris. :D Oh by the way, I might fly already next week.

However, today I was free and went to Selfridges, Oxford St and Regent St to do a little shopping. I ended up buying only one present though because I always feel like this little "luggage limit devil" is sitting on my shoulders. But I think I am going again tomorrow :D We'll see.

In the early evening I went to a traditional christmas market which reminded me a LOT of home. They even had some german stalls. ;)

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend because I definitely am as my Monday will be packed with work!

Surprising London

Hi everyone :)
I hope you all had a nice weekend and a good start into this week.
Me, I really enjoyed my day off on Sunday. I explored Camden Lock Market and went to Harrods just until I couldn't stand the crowd anymore haha. I'm definitely gonna go there again.

So me for my part, I started really nicely into this week. I had 2 castings at the agency on Monday and then I got my hair cut. :)
Today I also went to the agency to take some nice new polaroids with my new hair and after I had 2 castings again.
It went quite well as one of the clients already confirmed me for a job tomorrow. So I'm gonna work for the russian VOGUE tomorrow. :)

However, today was a crazy day. I don't know if it was my new hair cut or just my outfit but today 3 cars honked at me and 2 guys just randomly talked to me and asked me out for a coffee.. usually that happens only in NYC or Milan haha. Furthermore I was nearly run over by a cab today as the driver suddenly pulled out to the left and actually drove ON the sidewalk like 1 meter next to me. It was craaazy but thank god nothing happened!!

Hi guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I'm quite busy here in London and I really like it. :-)
As you know, I did quite a couple of castings and test shoots so far and we can see some results already. Today I had a job for Pollini (shoes and bags), shooting with Angelo Pennetta (and the team from the British Vogue). 
It was hard but also fun cause we shot at this fancy mansion at the inside swimming pool. However I had to get up at 6.30am on a Saturday (YES the model job can be hard as well^^) and it was pouring rain outside.
Anyways, I had a nice day and I'm really glad to be busy cause I've always been a busy person haha :D I guess I just need that.

However, I'm also glad to have at least one day off this week, which will be tomorrow. :-) I'm gonna check out Camden Market after sleeping looong.

Daily Life in London

Hi everyone, I hope you're doing good.
Well, I think it's time to talk a little bit about modelling again since I didn't tell you yet what's going on in London about work so far.

These days I'm most of all doing castings for upcoming jobs. There are magazines among them or even photographers, very various things.

But also I'm having a couple of test shoots to get a variety of pictures for my book. It's fun and I like getting to know different photographers, cause their work is really different all the time.

Also I love getting around by foot in London. I mean, I didn't reckon it was SUCH a huge city at first, but you get used to it. It's basically all about organizing your day properly because it can take you up to 1 hour to get to your destination sometimes.

So today was a weird day. I had a couple of castings and actually quite a lot of time in between. 
I could take long walks today to get to know some areas a little bit better.
However, suddenly I noticed that my bag was starting to break on the handle as you can see it in the picture. :-/

So I was scared that it would completely break and I wouldn't have anything to put my stuff into, so I decided to buy a cute backpack. :) BUT: Then the woman in the shop helped me to pack everything from the old to the new bag after I payed, but (silly me) I forgot my wallet because I put it on the desk after paying. Thank god I recognized it in time and could go back to the shop to get it. :-) Clumsy, clumsy sometimes. 

Oh and by the way, I had a casting in a real rich area today. Since I was early I could do a little window shopping haha. That's why I love doing castings by foot. You really get to see something of the city.

Nice to be back

Hey ya ;)

First I was a bit sceptical about going back to London as it was a reeeaaallly tough time during the fashion week even if it was only 3 days.

However, now that it's not THAT busy, I'm actually glad to be back. London during pre-xmas is lovely. All the decoration in the city is already on.

After my appointments today I went to a nice Vintage Store in Islington. I have to see I'm kind of into that stuff at the moment. But after this little trip I decided to do a little shopping in Oxford street cause I haven't been there in ages.
And I have to admit that I forgot that London is a shopping paradise!!

Moreover I have to tell you something about the cliché with English food. Actually I LOVE the supermarkets here. Compared to Germany they have a much bigger variety and also I really like the Indian food. So for me it's easy to enjoy my veggie lifestyle here haha.

I just wanted to let you know that I arrived safely here in London.
The event last night was really nice but as it was a really short night too I'm kind of exhausted now. Moreover I'm still a bit sick but I already went to the supermarket and bought loads of veggies and fruits to get my vitamines. :)

Even after a couple of hours back in Great Britain I already figured out some funny language differences to American English. Maybe you know that I'm speaking rather American than British. So at the supermarket it was funny to see the area for "buiscuits" instead of "cookies". Or imagine all the words for the subway: underground, metro, tube, subway. 
I know I'm talking a bit of nonsense right now but to me it was funny :-P

Yeah however, I'm gonna go to bed early tonight, go to the agency in the morning and see what's coming up next week. :)

Getting ready again!

Hello hello :)

It's time to get the suitcase ready again! 
So tomorrow I will be in Cologne where my mother agency "SMC Model Management" annually has an event going on. It is the finale of the "Super Models Contest" to find new faces. 
Don't worry guys, I will only be part of the fashion shows not the contest haha.
However, on Sunday I will fly straight to London from Cologne so I need to get everything packed today!

As it is getting winter, it's a little bit harder to pack. Especially when you have a luggage limit of 20kg !
                                             
Moreover I really figured out that winter is coming as we already had snow a couple of days ago and as I am getting an infection. :-(
However, I bought medicine this morning and trust me, I will be fit soon. :)
